Living Well is located in the city center of downtown Atascadero, CA.  Our wellness center is designed to meet you wherever you are on your healing and wellness journey.  You will find an assortment of ancient remedies that support a natural approach to reducing inflammation, pain, anxiety, as well as, weight loss support.  Visit our Epsom Salt bar for a variety of therapeutic salt blends or pick up a Himalayan salt lamp for your home or office.

Today an onslaught of images, sounds, and information tax the human mind, body and spirit.  We provide several spaces to "unplug" from life's distractions and external stimuli.

Detoxifying Epsom Salt Foot Soaking - $40

25 minutes, private Eden room setting, includes complimentary tea, and coffee service.  Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of Epsom salt in a highly concentrated foot bath with essential oils.  Enjoy in solitude or in a group setting.

Dry Salt Soak in Open Heaven Room - donation based

Enjoy the healing properties of Himalayan salt in this heavenly space to find centering and the still small voice of the divine.
